Thanks to Bianca we were able to sell our home in a reasonable, timely manner. She was sensitive to our needs, and ensured all parties were involved in the decision making. She was quick to let us know what we needed to do and when to do it. I am very pleased with the service she provided us and I would definitely use her again if I ever have to sell my home again.
