I was so excited to be Melinda’s first listing and I believe she did an excellent job, she was so informed and professional about the whole process. Melinda was so helpful to me in getting the house ready for showing, she is not afraid to work and offer her suggestions. We were so pleased that the house sold so quickly as well and I know it was because Melinda suggested a fair and reasonable price to ask in order to have immediate interest in the property. Melinda is a lovely lady and I believe an excellent real estate agent. I truly hope she is able to grow her business, I realize last summer was her first so maybe this one with be even better!
